Boykin Group is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Executive with Bookkeeping Support to join our team!

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Waco location. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, great with clients, comfortable handling a busy workload, and interested in helping with both administrative duties and bookkeeping.

Experience with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, bookkeeping, and administrative work is preferred.

September 15th is the deadline for extended business tax returns. 📅
If your 1065 or 1120S business return was extended, don't let September sneak up on you! Make sure you have all of your information turned in so we can get your return completed and filed on time.
If you have a single member LLC and your business is filed on your personal return, this does not affect you.

The things I value most in life are my faith, my family, and the memories we create together. Jesus is the foundation of everything I do, and my family will always be my greatest blessing. My husband and I love traveling whenever we have the opportunity, especially if it takes us somewhere with a beautiful beach. We have three amazing kids, all in high school, who keep life busy, exciting, and full of unforgettable moments.
