The IRS has announced Monday January 29th will be the first day of tax filing season to file your 2023 taxes!

ATTN: ERRONEOUS IRS LETTERS BEING SENT:

The IRS has stated that CA taxpayers who qualify for the disaster relief extensions still have until the 10/16 and 8/15 deadlines for paying their taxes.

The IRS has acknowledged that the letters are automatically generated when taxpayers have balances due, but that taxpayers eligible for postponements of payments do not have balances currently due.
