Sunday: BY APPOINTMENT

We are open in the off season on Tuesday and Thursday 10am-2pm.

📢📢📢 Are you still waiting on your 2020 tax return? You are not alone.

As of today, IRS has 18.2 million tax returns that have still NOT been processed 🤦‍♀️

100,000 of those are 2019 tax returns that they received prior to Jan 1st 2021!! 😳

They are running short staffed and had the added tasks of stimulus payments and tax law changes and now they will be needing to manually process previously filed returns with unemployment compensation. Not to mention the upcoming Advance Child Tax Credits that are set to begin in July.

IRS has issued guidance that if a taxpayer’s stimulus payment was returned, and the payment status on the “Get My Payment” portal (https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof-wmsp/login) reads “Not Available”, then the taxpayer’s ONLY option is to include the stimulus payment on the Rebate Recovery form when filing their 2020 tax return. THIS MEANS THAT FILING ONE’S TAX RETURN IS THE ONLY WAY TO RECEIVE THE STIMULUS BENEFIT for those whose payments have been returned to the IRS. THIS IS KEY
