π« AI Myth: "You just set it up and it handles everything."
Reality: AI tools work well for predictable, repetitive tasks. But when something unusual comes up β an exception, a judgment call, a question outside the normal pattern β they need human oversight.
This isn't a criticism of AI. It's just what it is.
Getting sustainable value from AI means having someone in the business who reviews outputs, updates the setup when things change, and knows when to step in.
"Set it and forget it" is rarely the right expectation. "Set it, monitor it, and adjust it" tends to work better.
