We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Cyndi. Please keep Bruce and family in your thoughts and prayers. May she sleep peacefully, knowing she was deeply loved and will never be forgotten.

Cynthia Ott-Hayden passed away on July 27, 2025 in San Diego, California at the age of 71. The eldest daughter of Roger and Betty Ott, she was born and raised in Warsaw, New York. Life took her to Florida, Colorado, and again to New York State before ultimately making her

🌞 We have begun our summer hours here at the office 🌞
We will now be open Monday - Thursday 9 am to 4 pm , additional hours by appointment, if needed. These hours will be in effect until the end of September.

Due to increased cases of COVID the office will be by appointment only. Someone will be in the office if you may need anything but the doors will remain locked for the time being. Please call ahead to arrange pick up of anything you may need. If there are any changes we will keep you updated. Please be safe, wear your mask, and wash your hands.

☀️ Just as a reminder to our clients who still have to drop stuff off to us, our annual summer vacation is coming up and we will be closed starting Monday July 6th @ 1 PM. We will be back in the office Monday July 13th ☀️
