We are proud to announce exciting team milestones as Kane Financial continues to grow its capabilities and deepen its commitment to client service.

Renee Jarosz has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Since joining Kane Financial in 2021, Renee has overseen all operational processes, ensuring accurate and timely account transfers, seamless onboarding, and efficient day-to-day workflow. In her new leadership role, Renee will continue to build operational systems that support exceptional service and long-term growth.

Clinton Kane, Founder and Lead Advisor, expressed gratitude for Renee’s leadership and dedication, stating, “Renee has been the driving force behind our operations for years. Her leadership and commitment have been instrumental in building the trusted processes our clients rely on.”

The firm is also excited to welcome Danielle Hartman, who recently joined the team and has passed the Series 65 exam, officially becoming an Investment Advisor Representative. Danielle will support the firm’s investment research and planning efforts, bringing energy and a fresh perspective to client portfolios.

“Danielle’s immediate commitment to earning her advisory license shows her drive and readiness to contribute,” said Kane. “We’re thrilled to have her on board.”

Also central to the firm’s success is Kristi Kosmoski, who plays a key role in ensuring that every new client is set up correctly across the firm’s internal systems and that compliance procedures are consistently followed. While her title remains unchanged, Kristi's consistent ex*****on and eye for detail help keep the firm running smoothly every day.

“Kristi is a steady hand in our operations and compliance efforts,” Kane added. “Her professionalism and reliability give us the confidence to grow while staying grounded.”

These developments reflect the practice's focus on assembling a team of professionals who care deeply about clients, each other, and the shared mission of delivering independent, high-integrity financial advice.
