As we continue to celebrate National Black Business Month, I visited January's Accounting Service, a local firm that has provided accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation services to the community since 1995. January Accounting Service, owned and operated by Dr. Sheila January-Fort, plays a vital role in assisting individuals and local entrepreneurs. As I continue to meet with business owners, I am exploring ways that we can streamline municipal processes and remove unnecessary hurdles to ensure the city works alongside entrepreneurs.
