Please know if you have partnership returns, which is a 1065 or S corp returns which would be in 1120S, the deadline is Monday. If you need to file an extension, please contact our office as soon as possible at 540 943-0893. Please have your business and owner information available.

We would just like to say thanks to to our clients for your patience as we have to push the partnerships and the S Corp. tax returns through for the March 15 deadline.

Thankfully, this falls on a Sunday so we get one extra day.

We wish these deadlines did not fall right in the middle of the tax season for all of our personal returns, but it does and unfortunately slows us down during the first two weeks of March.

We are very grateful for your patience though, as we will resume reviewing the personal returns Tuesday.
