Two years ago I had one of the greatest experiences of my life; alligator hunting in rural Louisiana!!

I love that my job entails helping people financially plan for experiences they've always wanted to have; whether it's a bucket list hunting trip, a cruise overseas, or that certain property they've always had their eye on.

Today I was able to speak with the careers class at Frederic about my profession as a financial advisor.

The students were engaged and asked a lot of great questions about what a financial advisor does, the education and licensing requirements, what a typical day looks like, and the challenges and rewards of the career! It’s encouraging to see young people exploring and learning about different career paths and thinking about what they want their future to look like.

Thank you to Frederic High School! I enjoyed the conversation and wish these students the best as they continue exploring their opportunities!

This class was a pleasure to talk to! Reach out to Emily if you or a colleague have the time to share with these kids!
