New Opportunity: Client Service Administrator (Part Time, Hybrid)

My team is looking for a detail oriented Client Service Administrator to support two financial advisors.
This is a part time, hybrid role (1–2 days/week in our Wellesley office), with the opportunity to become fully remote once up and running.
What you’ll be doing:
• Acting as a primary point of contact for client service needs
• Preparing and submitting non financial service requests
• Following up on requests until completion
• Scheduling client meetings and sending reminders
• Assisting with meeting prep and advisor recruiting support
• Coordinating with custodians, product sponsors, and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate client records and CRM data
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree (finance or business preferred)
• 3–5+ years of financial services experience
• Extremely organized, accurate, and reliable
• Strong communicator with a client first mindset
• Comfortable handling sensitive, confidential information
• Tech savvy and quick to learn
This role requires a high level of precision in a regulated environment. Reliability and attention to detail are essential.
