Quick tax tip from your favorite Wesley Chapel CPAs 🎯

If you're a small business owner, are you deducting your home office?

To qualify, the space must be used regularly and exclusively for business. That means:
✅ Dedicated desk/room you use only for work
✅ You're self-employed or run your own business
❌ The dining table where you "sometimes answer emails" (sorry)

The home office deduction can cover a percentage of:
→ Rent or mortgage interest
→ Utilities
→ Internet
→ Even repairs to that space

Most people leave this on the table. Don't be most people.
