s critical to local businesses. They want to hire well-educated workers in exchange for good wages and benefits, and workers want successful and stable businesses as their employers. The whole community wins when our future citizens are given a solid education that allows them to comfortably support their families. We need to support our district and continue to strengthen our reputation. I believe there are amazing things that happen here every day due to the hard work of the teachers, administration, parents and students. We need to focus on our challenges, but let’s not forget to showcase our strengths. Our district needs to foster a culture that supports, retains, and attracts the best educators for the benefit of our students.
