A year ago, I took a chance on myself.

I came from the hospitality industry, where I had spent years building teams, working with people, and learning how important communication and relationships really are.

But I was ready for something different.

I wanted more control over my time, more opportunity to grow, and a career where my income wasn't limited by someone else's idea of what I was worth.

So I made the jump into financial services, with no previous industry experience.

The biggest thing I've learned?

Sometimes your skills aren't the problem. Your opportunity is.

If you're great with people, driven, and successful in sales but feel like you've hit a ceiling, don't be afraid to see what else is out there.

The right opportunity can give you the flexibility to enjoy your life, the potential to earn based on your results, and the chance to build something you're genuinely proud of.

Sometimes the biggest career move starts with simply being willing to have a conversation.
