🇧🇸➡️🇺🇸 Happy 250th Birthday, America. ❤️🤍💙

Almost 25 years ago, a young woman from a small island in The Bahamas arrived in America with a dream, a strong work ethic, and unwavering faith that anything was possible.

That woman was me.

I didn’t arrive with a roadmap.

I arrived with hope.

And a desire to complete my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree.

America didn’t promise me success…

It gave me the opportunity to pursue it.

An opportunity to build a business.

To become a wife.

To become a mother.

To serve families.

To help women build wealth with confidence.

To create a legacy that will reach far beyond my lifetime.

As America celebrates 250 years, I’m reminded that this nation has always been shaped by people who believed in possibility—people willing to work hard, serve others, and build something greater than themselves.

My story is just one of millions.

Is America perfect?

No.

Neither am I.

But I am deeply grateful to call this country home.

Grateful for the opportunities.

Grateful for the people who believed in me.

Grateful for the doors that opened.

And above all…

Grateful to God for ordering my steps—from a little island in The Bahamas to a life of purpose here in America.

Today, I celebrate freedom.

The freedom to dream.

The freedom to build.

The freedom to serve.

The freedom to become the woman God created me to be.

Every Mother's Day I always tell my story to the world 🌎

Six years ago, God entrusted me with my miracle baby… my Kairo 🤍

One of the hardest journeys a woman can walk through is praying, hoping, believing, and waiting to carry her own child.

There were moments I didn’t understand the waiting… but God’s plan was never about my timing — it was always about His divine timing.

And today… I live my miracle every single day.

Now I understand why God waited.
He knew that in this season of my life, my son would become one of my greatest sources of joy, healing, laughter, strength, and purpose.

Kairo is truly my world 🌎
My little twin with the BIG personality 😂
No nonsense… strong-willed… determined… and yes, he uses it on me daily!

But he is more than I ever prayed for, imagined, or believed for.

Thank you to my husband Dexter, my Mom, Dad
& my Aunt Rosenell & Sis Tasha and my Sis Sherilyn Strachan who carried this burden with me secretly for 10 years and they never gave up, they kept believing with me, praying with me, and standing beside me until we received our greatest reward… our son… our Kairo… exactly at God’s ordained time.

To every woman still waiting, praying, crying, hoping, and believing for your miracle baby…

Please don’t give up.
Don’t you dare give up.

Trust God’s timing.
Do your part naturally, medically, spiritually, emotionally — follow wisdom, follow your doctors, and keep your faith anchored in God.

What God has promised… He is able to bring to pass. 🤍

Remember delay is not denial 🙏

Today, I celebrate motherhood with overwhelming gratitude.

Saturday Morning Love Note ✨

As I prepare to honor my first love… my dad 🤍
I’m reminded of Deborah in the Holy Bible.

Clear. Called. Covered.

Not because life is easy…
but because God is my strategy and my strength.

Even in grief… I still rise.
Even while healing… I still lead.

Because I’ve learned— discernment is wealth.

And I will no longer pour my wisdom into places or anything that cannot honor it.

Deborah didn’t need a palace and neither do you.

You don’t need perfect conditions to walk in your purpose.

You just need alignment. Obedience. Faith.

So to every woman in a hard season…

You can still rise‼️
You can still lead‼️
You can still build ‼️

Not for applause 👏🏽
More importantly for assignment.
