Very grateful to The St. George Brewing Company for storing 8 drums (440 gallons !) of hand sanitizer for us to distribute to nonprofits across the Peninsula, including the area winter shelters Hampton Roads Ecumenical Lodgings & Provisions, Inc. (H.E.L.P.), LINK of Hampton Roads, Inc., and Community of Faith Mission - COFM The sanitizer was provided by FEMA in partnership with Virginia Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster - VA VOAD and finding a place to store it was key!

NEXT UP? 50,000 masks being delivered to Willamsburg next week for distribution to our nonprofits!

WHEREVER NEEDED...we are beyond thankful to our generous donor who wrote this in the memo line, and not the first time! He has been an incredible supporter of our work since day one when he heard a presentation about NetworkPeninsula, believed in what we do, saw how we were doing it, and trusted us to use his money in the best way possible to fulfill our mission. He saw our passion.

We see that same passion every day in our nonprofits.

Please trust the organizations you support. They are doing incredible work in our communities. If you have questions about how their money, your money, is spent, ask them. Operating costs, program costs -- all go toward fulfilling missions effectively and remaining sustainable so your investment can be multiplied.
