📢 Reminder: March 31st Electronic Filing Deadline is Approaching!
If you're required to file certain informational returns electronically with the IRS, March 31 is your deadline! This applies to businesses, employers, and other entities who must report various types of income and coverage.
🔹 Here’s what needs to be filed electronically by March 31:
• 1094-C / 1095-C – Employer-provided health insurance offer and coverage
• 1094-B / 1095-B – Health coverage from non-employer providers
• 1097 / 1098 – Bond tax credit and mortgage interest statements
• 1099 (excluding 1099-NEC) – Includes interest, dividends, retirement, and more
• 3921 / 3922 – Stock transfer and employee stock purchase plans
• 8027 – Employer’s annual information return of tip income and allocated tips
• W-2G – Gambling winnings
⚠️ Reminder: These forms should already have been provided to recipients by January 31.
