Jaime Cutter, Client Service Associate, has never been shy about sharing her fear of public speaking or her goal of overcoming it in 2026.

So when Marisa Facciolo connected Jaime with a speaking opportunity through the Oratory Forum, a monthly speaking engagement at the University and Whist Club in Wilmington, Jaime jumped at the chance. And the RiversEdge team jumped right behind her.

She wasn't up there alone, either. Associate Wealth Advisor Mark Eggleston also signed up to speak, giving Jaime a familiar face at the podium. Ten other RiversEdge team members came out that evening just to cheer them both on, too.

That's what we love about our culture. We show up for each other, for the goals we're working toward at RiversEdge and for the challenges and adventures that happen outside of work, too.

The RiversEdge team has been putting their clubs to good use this summer.

We were proud to participate in several charity golf outings supporting incredible organizations and initiatives, including the University of Delaware Hospitality & Sport Management program through Ashby Hospitality Group, DFRC Blue-Gold, and the Caesar Rodney Rotary Club.

Giving back to our community while enjoying a day on the course is a win-win. Thank you to everyone who made these events possible!

Who knew we had so much talent behind the bar?

A few members of our team recently volunteered as guest bartenders at a fundraiser benefiting First State Ballet Theatre, where Marisa Facciolo and Laura Lloyd proudly serve on the board.

It was a wonderful evening giving back to our community while supporting an organization that means so much to our team. Cheers!

Tax Partner, Laura Lloyd, recently gave back in a meaningful way. As a proud Leadership Delaware, Inc. alumna, Laura joined fellow alums, current fellows, Intern Delaware participants, and community partners for the organization's annual State-Wide Volunteer Day, where she spent the afternoon at Friendship House of Delaware. Friendship House is a remarkable organization serving Delawareans through clothing banks, empowerment centers, seasonal programming, financial assistance, and transitional housing. RiversEdge is proud to have team members like Laura who show up for the community beyond the office!

For the past two years, Brian Carney has participated in the University of Delaware's Lerner Executive Mentoring Program, connecting with students as they begin exploring their professional goals and future careers.
