We have been made aware of an attempted phishing scam posing as our office requesting payment for invoices via ACH or Wire. We are actively investigating this issue, if you have received an email from anyone in our office with ACH or Wire instructions to pay invoices, please delete the message and inform us if you have attempted to send payment this way. The following is an example of a message you may have received:

“We are currently operating under a fully paperless policy in Accounting for compliance and reconciliation purposes. Can you kindly confirm which would be most suitable between an ACH or a Wire transfer for processing of your upcoming payment?”
