Tax Appointments for 2026
All tax returns will be prepared virtually.
You will still have a chance to speak with your tax preparer and have the option to schedule a phone or Zoom/Google Meet meeting once work has begun on your return.
Forms may be submitted via our encrypted online portal, by mail, or dropped off in person. To have the link to our portal sent to you please send the email address you would like to use to [email protected].
If mailing or dropping off, please keep your originals and provide copies. We also recommend including tracking with your package. You will need to pay for return shipping if you choose to mail your original documents.

Drop-off days and times: Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 5pm (closed for lunch between 12pm-1pm). You will not need to call ahead or schedule your drop off.

Filing Deadlines & Extensions
Individuals and C Corporations
Individual (Form 1040) and C Corporation (Form 1120) IRS filing deadline: April 15, 2026.
We will need all information at the earliest possible time but no later than February 28, 2026. We will need your efile authorization form no later than April 8, 2026. This is in order to meet the tax return filing deadline.
S Corps and Partnerships
Partnership (Form 1065) and S Corporation (Form 1120S) IRS filing deadline: March 15, 2026.
We will need all information at the earliest possible time, but no later than February 1, 2026. We will need your efile authorization form no later than, March 8, 2026.
These deadlines we have set are to help meet the IRS filing deadlines and reduce any late filing penalties and interest you may be assessed.
We will accept all tax returns regardless of the date we receive them. However, if received outside of these dates, an extension may be required.
Extensions
If we have received your tax documents and an extension is needed, we will automatically file extension(s) on your behalf. We charge $50 per extension. If you prefer to file your own extension, please let me know; otherwise, your extension will be filed and the fee added to your account.
If we have not received your tax documents an extension must be requested by you; otherwise, we will not automatically file your extension(s). Please note we charge $50 per extension and the fee would need to be paid upfront.
