Dear Clients,

We would like to update you on the existing tax ramifications of the Coronavirus outbreak. As you may be aware, all tax returns and all payments previously due on April 15th had their deadlines changed to July 15th. Extensions will be available if needed for returns not completed by July 15th.

We are currently working on tax returns as well as dealing with the Coronavirus Tax Legislation that the President signed into law last week. This tax legislation affects individuals and businesses.

Effective immediately, 80% of our Winter Haven staff will be working remotely. Our office will be closed to the public but our staff will still be available by phone should you require anything from us. We would appreciate it if you could call us to let us know if you would like to drop off any tax information to our office so we can ensure that someone is available to meet you at that time.

We have made the decision to close our Davenport office temporarily. Again, our staff will be available by phone. Should you need to drop off any information, we ask that you please use our Winter Haven office at this time.

We feel that it is our duty to keep all our employees safe and we feel the need to do our part in keeping the Coronavirus from spreading. Working remotely and staff limitations will surely slow our ability to complete tax returns. We hope to get your tax returns out as soon as we can manage and in the order that the tax information originally came in to our office. We will keep you informed as to any further development but at this point there are no returns or monies due to the IRS on April 15th.

We hope that you are safe and that we all can pull through this difficult time.
