You have accomplished so much like being the first President of the Rotary Club for Fort Walton Beach, being the first woman member in the Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Walton County where Destin is located, being an officer's wife for your husband who was Rodney C Mills at Eglin Air Force Base and raising four magnificent children (Jim, Tom, Bill & Karen Mills) and so many other things I cannot list them all!! Enjoy your 99th Birthday!!

Just a reminder that mortgage interest rates are gradually going to climb!! Interest rates for new home purchases and refinances have been 1.875% to 2.5% over the last month. If you are renting at all, you need to buy a home. This is the best time in your lifetime to get these historically low interest rates! Don’t wait! Your can lower your rent from $1,000 a month for a one or two bedroom apartment to $500 a month for a 3 or 4 bedroom house. Plus if you own a house, you are building equity and may have the place you own worth $50,000 more in five years versus giving your hard earned money away in rent.
