NBaldwin Company is a full tax and accounting CPA firm located in Woodstock, Illinois. Our office is looking for part-time Bookkeeper/Clerical assistant to join our team. Our range of work spans from start-up companies to well established companies. We handle payroll, financial reporting, personal, business, estate and trust taxes.
Position Summary
The Bookkeeper/Clerical assistant will provide financial accounting and clerical services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Balance accounts and reconcile statements
• Scanning/filing
• Various office duties
• Maintain confidential records and files, and handle confidential correspondence and records
Qualifications to Perform This Job Successfully
• Ability to work with deadlines
• Ability to work in a high energy fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Be able to work independently as well as with a team
• Self-directed with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Personable, friendly, professional and polite
• Enthusiastic forward thinker and self-starter
Required Skills
• Excellent PC skills with experience in QuickBooks, QuickBooks online, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
