WISDOM WEDNESDAY MESSAGE:FUTURE PROOF FESTIVAL- How technology and AI is shaping the financial services industry.
I wanted to share a quick update while I’m in Miami attending a financial advisor conference called Future Proof.
A big focus of this conference is how new technologies — especially Artificial Intelligence — are starting to impact financial planning, investing, and research.
One thing I want you to know is this:
I attend events like this because my job is to stay ahead of changes that could impact you.
Technology will continue to evolve in our industry, and some of it will be very helpful in areas like research, efficiency, and data analysis.
But at the end of the day, good financial planning is still about something that technology can’t replace — judgment, experience, and understanding each client’s unique situation.
My role isn’t to chase every new trend.
My role is to understand what’s changing, filter out what actually matters, and make thoughtful decisions that serve your best interests.
So while you may hear a lot about AI and new technologies in the coming years, you can rest assured that I’m paying attention to these developments and evaluating them carefully.
If something can genuinely improve how I serve my clients, I’ll explore it.
If it doesn’t add real value, we won’t use it.
That’s part of the responsibility of being your advisor.
