What's the key to setting achievable business goals in 2022?

It's being SMART!

In order to create achievable business goals in 2022, they need to meet the SMART criteria.

1. Be Specific.

There is no room for vague or generalized suggestions when setting our business goals.

2. Make your goals Measurable.

You must be able to measure whether or not you have made progress toward your goals.

3. If you want to achieve your goals, they must be Attainable.

If your goals aren’t attainable, then you’re wasting your time.

4. Your goals should be Repeatable.

If a goal isn’t repeatable then there can be no measure for success.

5. Finally, goals should always be Trackable.

Having trackable goals enables you to set the path for how they will be accomplished and how they are measured.

Bottom line: Being SMART about your goals is great, but ensuring your accounting system is set up properly and keeping your books up to date will ensure success for your business!
