Each Business Corporation, Limited Liability Company, Limited Liability Partnership, and Limited Liability Partnership is required to file an annual report with the Secretary of the State. Your Annual Report can now be filed online or by mail. If you are changing the Registered Agent Name, you must file your annual report by mail or over the counter. Typical due date is April 15th, if you follow a fiscal year please refer to the website for due date.
