Administered a $4 million dollar profit sharing and retirement plan. Corroborated with a pension attorney to bring the plan back into compliance with IRS regulations. Lead accountant in negotiating with IRS to resolve a $1.8 million tax liability with a $10,000 settlement. Was able to get local tax collector to re-audit improper tax assessment and return to the company 100% of the prior assessment. Reviewed the insurance cost of one company, and was able to reduce the cost by 30% and save $30,000 per year.
