We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
General Accountant
Accounting Assistant
Accountant
Accounting Team Leader
Candidates may be fresh graduates, interns, or professionals with 1–5 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance, eager to work in an international professional environment.
🔹 Job Responsibilities
Perform and/or supervise accounting tasks for international clients (US & Canada).
Assist in bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, and corporate/personal tax.
Prepare and review accounting documents with accuracy.
Stay updated with US accounting and tax regulations and apply them in work.
Communicate with clients via email and virtual meetings in English.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality work delivery.
Report work progress to managers or the CEO.
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or final-year student majoring in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
Strong English communication and email writing skills – required.
Proficient in Excel and Word; experience with QuickBooks, Xero, ERP systems such as NetSuite Oracle, SAP, or other international accounting software is a plus.
Special preference for candidates holding Vietnam CPA or international accounting certifications (ACCA, US CPA, Australia CPA) when applying for Accounting Team Leader positions.
Logical thinking, attention to detail, proactive working style.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn US accounting and tax practices.
