Beware of hiring JTT Home Services LLC - They do not pay their vendor/contractors and that could result in a LIEN being filed against your home. Traci Sherman (Traci Lederer on Facebook) engaged me to consult and assist her with a covered insurance claim, which settled for $15,903.67. She agreed to pay me 10% of the settlement amount ($1,590.37) plus she owes me $100.00 for a small job I referred her to back in April 2025.

She has elected to ghost me since June 4, 2025, when I advised her that I had gotten the insurance company to agree to pay her $2,800.00 invoice for water mitigation work on the above-noted insurance job. I called Traci 25 times, left at least 4 voice messages, and sent her 9 text messages requesting she contact me to discuss the final settlement numbers.

Only after I posted consumer warnings on multiple online review sites this afternoon, has Traci communicated with me by sending a text response making me out to be the bad guy, stating "Now, I don't think I will pay you because of all the harassment you're doing online asshol[e]" (see attached image).

I'm happy to settle this matter with Traci and revise the online reviews if she pays me.

So proud of our Grandson, Jackson Krieg! A few days ago we met him, his brother, Parker Krieg, and their Mom, Andrea Botimer to get dinner at the new Lee's Famous Recipe location in Battle Creek. It was raining pretty hard, and he was doing everything he could to get out of their car and into the restaurant without getting soaked - and he accidentally bumped my truck with his door. He walked up to Gramma in the restaurant and told her what happened.

I'm proud of you, Buddy. It's scary to take responsibility for an accident, but you did it because it's the right thing to do.

Your Mom and Dad have done a great job teaching you to be responsible for actions, and to have courage facing scary things.

Gramma and I love you, so much!
