The Accredited Income Property Investment Specialist (AIPIS) program has been developed to qualify licensed real estate and mortgage professionals across the United States to better serve the needs of investors looking to preserve and generate wealth through the income property industry. This certification program is for those who are serious about taking their career to the next level; creating personal success and wealth while assisting clients with their financial goals. As the affects of the credit crisis linger in the minds of potential clients, it is even more important to expand one’s education and qualifications to continue to generate new business and earn the confidence of these potential clients in innovative ways. Investment property is defined as real estate designed to generate income or return through the benefit of renters; this includes both residential and commercial properties. Income property is a set of Packaged Commodities™ in the form of a building, apartment complex, a 4-Plex or single family residence; classified as an improvement to a piece of land. Income property investments are uniquely multi-dimensional; each dimension will be discussed throughout the AIPIS program.
