With bi-monthly (VAT registered clients), and bi-annual (NON VAT registered) financial statements, we are able to sort and neaten up all of your paperwork, as required with a quick turn-around-time. For us it is important to get to know our clients and offer monthly meetings to discuss your queries and needs and will always be available to answer your emails and phonecalls to the best of our ability. We do not offer set pricing and set our costs at our discretion dependant of the amount of work we will put in, which makes us very competitive with bigger firms offering the same services. Important DATE to remember: deadline to file for this year's tax season is the 23rd October 2026.
Important facts and documents to remember for consideration:

- have you sold any assets to trigger CGT?
- does your logbook have opening and closing mileage? Personal travel and business travel? Make, model and value of the vehicle/s used?
- out of pocket medical expenses not covered by any medical schemes/aids?
- work from home claims
- medical certificates from registered professionals in disability claims
- copies of IRP5's (incase of manual input for directives or technical errors)
- TSFA investment details
