What a profound moment to find on the Bainskloof pass today. I first met Fritz on Day 1 when he started his Cape to Cairo run on his previous attempt before getting injured. I still remember sharing with my family what an insane lifegoal this man has, and what a bummer to realise that he had to pull out. Recently I saw they are back for round 2, and had such a great ‘c’mon!”feeling in my spirit. Because on that first day -Fritz ignited something in my heart, knowing that I do not need to doubt anything. (Very profound, as I am attempting quite a few big life goals at the moment too) Today is my father’s 70th birthday, and my brother is trying for ironman, so hence we were travelling through Bainskloofpass. Little did I know that I would “run” into Fritz, and could introduce him to my family. Good luck to the team! I know you can reach your end destination. Focus on the journey and enjoy the love God has put into his children along the way.
