So Sharon posted a piece this morning on how well Safair had handled our recent flights too and from Johannesburg last week.
Late this afternoon I received a call from a competitor of Safair - asking if LTP might be interested in providing some advice on influencing perceptions of customer service.
I politely declined - due to my current workload (and health situation).
The power of social media!
So instant and so vast - but yet quite specific at times.
