This is not an ad. What it is, is acknowledgment of a very special plumstead angel who has held my hand through so much of a difficult few months. She has dealt with all my medical claims, getting accounts paid, claiming back from my Gap Cover, taking all the financial burdens off my shoulders at a time when I hardly have energy to breathe!
Three years ago I decided to change my medical aid to one that didn’t have the memories of my husbands journey with cancer and she was recommended to me. I signed up with new cover and added Gap at the same time. Thank goodness I did because this journey of mine has had huge excesses between what is claimed and what is paid, by specialists! Through all of that, she quietly went above and beyond, doing everything on my behalf.
So I want to thank her on this page, because she’s a much respected member of our plumstead family. Joanne Stroebel, thank you for all you’ve done to date, and continue to do, not only with my admin, but with all the emotional support you’ve offered throughout. You are a worthy gem and I wish you all the blessings that life can offer you! 💜
