❗AVOID FROZEN BANK ACCOUNTS OR LOSS OF SALARY❗
South African Revenue Service (SARS) has launched a massive tax debt collection drive, and enforcement action is happening faster than many taxpayers expect. If you’ve received a Final Letter of Demand, you have only 10 business days to act before SARS can legally move to recover the money.
Do not ignore the notice.
If you fail to respond within the deadline, SARS can:
🎯deduct money directly from your salary or wages,
🎯freeze or debit your bank account, or
🎯appoint third parties to collect the debt on their behalf,
all without going to court, under the Tax Administration Act.
Take action immediately
Contact us right away. We can review your notice, verify the debt, engage with SARS on your behalf, and help you put protections or payment arrangements in place before enforcement begins.
You must either pay the balance, arrange a payment plan, or dispute the amount within the 10-day window.
Don’t wait until your salary or bank account is affected — reach out to us as soon as you receive the letter.
