A cession is a transfer of a right of ownership of an asset.

You can use a cession as a pledge to repay a loan from your bank.

If you want to cancel the cession you should notify your bank to write a letter to cancel the cession on the asset.

You can send this letter to the asset holder to remove the session in order to regain the ownership rights of the asset.
