We are hiring:

RO Inc in Yzerfontein is looking for a suitably qualified/experienced accountant. Tasks include the processing of accounting records to trial balance stage, attending to VAT returns for clients, reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts, bank accounts and processing supplier payments on behalf of clients. Attending to various administrative matters that arise in the accounting environment.

Prerequisites are: A very sound knowledge of accounting and VAT, the ability to meet deadlines and the ability to work together in a team. At least 5 years in an accounting environment. A good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel is also required.

The following will enhance your application: Knowledge of Pastel Accounting, Sage, Xero Accounting or IQ Plus. Any formal accounting qualification will count in your favour. Salary and benefits are negotiable commensurate with the skills and experience that you can bring to the company. Starting date is as soon as possible.
