We are looking for an Experienced Bookkeeper based in Durban North

Responsibilities –
• Working with a variety of clients in different industries
• Accounts to trial balance, including debtors and creditors processing
• Comprehensive knowledge of Pastel and Excel
• VAT & PAYE submissions
• Balance Sheet reconciliations

Requirements –
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Bookkeeper
• Experience in an Accounting Firm environment
• Ability to work on multiple clients
• ICB Bookkeeper Diploma or relevant accounting course preferable
• Ability to work within a team and very good interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management

Responsibilities –
• Dealing with a variety of clients in different industries
• Proficient in VIP premier
• Experience in all UIF matters
• WCC submissions
• Understanding of salary structuring, including fringe benefits
• Preparation and submission of EMP501s
• Knowledge of Pastel
• Work with Excel

Requirements –
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Payroll Administrator
• Experience in an Accounting Firm environment
• Ability to work on multiple clients
• Diploma or relevant course preferable
• Ability to work with a team
• Deals well with stress and deadlines
