Caroline Blom

Caroline Blom is a recently appointed Senior Accountant with FD on Call, and an experienced accounting professional, passionate about helping businesses and individuals achieve financial clarity and long-term success.

Caroline, who has been working for many years in the financial accounting industry as a qualified bookkeeper, is currently studying for her Financial Accounting Diploma and will also go on to complete her degree. In her role with FD on call, she handles every facet of tax matters, financial planning, and accounting, and always strives to deliver practical solutions that empower FD on Call’s clients to make confident decisions.

Always maintaining and demonstrating strong work ethics, Caroline combines her professional skills with genuine care and empathy for the people and businesses she represents. She takes the time to understand them and find solutions that fit their unique goals and challenges.

On the personal side, in her leisure time, Caroline enjoys reading, hiking, visiting the beach, and simply spending time with family. This keeps her grounded and reminds her of the importance of maintaining a life balance. At work, her goal is to build lasting relationships based on integrity and a genuine commitment to each of her clients’ success.

As someone with strong communication skills, who believes in and loves working with people as a team player, we welcome Caroline and look forward to assisting her to grow as an integral part of the FD On CalI team.

Introducing Willem Nolte

Senior Accountant

Willem Nolte is a newly appointed Senior Accountant with FD on Call, serving individuals and businesses who seek clarity, confidence and compliance in their financial journey.

Willem assists our clients to, amongst other things, competently manage their tax obligations, prepare accurate financial statements, and competently remain compliant with SARS requirements.

Graduation from the Cape Peninsula University of technology in Dec 2019 with a B-Tech Degree in Cost and Management Accounting followed a chequered career in many industries, including wine, logistics, finance, plumbing, and agriculture. This varied experience has proven to be valuable, however, and qualifies Willem to provide first-hand advice that helps clients make informed decisions relative to their own business environment.

Willem is passionate about empowering people to understand their finances, and he always goes beyond the numbers to provide the trusted support clients need to achieve long-lasting financial stability.

His long-term career goal is not only to deliver accurate results, but create meaningful interaction between client and Accountant, and he believes that when clients feel valued, involved and supported, they naturally become ambassadors for the company by sharing their positive experiences with others.

On the personal side, he values authenticity and meaningful experiences, like spending time by the sea, exploring nature, and embracing the peace of the outdoors.

Someone who fosters such strong client relationships, built on quality and trust, and who combines financial skills with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care, is someone FD on Call proudly welcomes as an invaluable member of our team.
