My name is Zildene Janse Van Rensburg and I am a Professional Accountant (SA) who loves helping organizations to solve VAT audit, payroll and other accounting problems as well as streamlining processes and improving overall performance. As an accountant, my primary goal is to go the extra mile for every client. I deliver exceptio

nal service that meets my clients’ needs and consistently exceeds their expectations. Highly motivated and focused, my commitment to seeing a job through to completion with the highest level of excellence carries over into every aspect of life, both personal and professional. First playing a key role as a Bookkeeper and Debtors’ Clerk, I steadily moved up the ranks to fulfill the full accounting function. In these positions, I was given the scope to take responsibility for the HR and mentoring functions which gave me the opportunity to leverage detailed analytics and strong people development skills to develop policy, improve processes, monitor spending and build human capital. In all aspects of my work and life, my approach boils down to treating others as I would like to be treated. Building upon my long-held sense for community, in 2012 I founded Zachariah Generation – a NPO striving to develop youth – in honour of my late brother who died in a tragic aircraft crash.
