๐Ÿ’ก Divorce can bring significant financial changes, making it important to understand the impact on your income, assets, savings, and future financial goals. Being informed can help you make confident decisions and build a secure financial future.

It is said that nearly half of all marriages in South Africa end in divorce. Unfortunately divorce usually goes hand in hand with great unhappiness about the way in which the assets the two parties have built up over the years should be divided.

It is said that nearly half of all marriages in South Africa end in divorce. Unfortunately divorce usually goes hand in hand with great unhappiness about the way in which the assets the two parties have built up over the years should be divided.

The marriage contract will determine to a large extent how these assets are to be divided.

Therefore, it is worthwhile to spend time scrutinising different forms of marriage contracts and how each of them can affect the division of assets later.

Ladies, hereโ€™s how you can help the men in your life take care of their health ๐Ÿ’™

As the CEOs of the household, we know itโ€™s not always easy to get them to book that check-up โ€” but Jonathan Ebersey has got you covered!

Hereโ€™s how to lead the way to healthier living:

1.Make the appointment. Men need regular check-ups just like women to detect and prevent health problems. Book a lunch date as a post check-up reward.

2.Plan to exercise together. Many health conditions, such as colon cancer, can be prevented by regular exercise. Go for a walk, or play a game of tennis over the weekend. Also, guys are very much into their gadgets apps and tech. There are a number of menโ€™s health apps available today to help the man in your life to live healthier.

3.Tweak your diet. Whether the goal is to lose weight or to gain muscle; a healthy diet is the way to go. Incorporate more fruit and veg, lean proteins like fish or chicken, high-fibre foods like beans and legumes, oats and avocado, and wholegrains like brown rice and pasta, whole wheat bread and quinoa.

4.Encourage him to stop smoking. Smoking is linked to heart disease, lung disease, cancer and strokes.

5.Find ways to eliminate stress. Balance work with downtime or a fun hobby.

Talk to your partner about health related articles you come across; ask him to make sure that heโ€™s around for a long time.
