Dear SPS community,
As we rapidly approach the close out of our first calendar year, I want to take this opportunity express my sincere and heartfelt gratitude for your support, trust, and partnership.
This has been a year marked by huge personal growth and deep personal loss with tremendously steep learning curves and many late nights trying to maintain the highest level of service that you have come to expect from us. Your patience, understanding, and continued belief in us have been a source of strength throughout it all and has given us the motivation to strive to do better at everything we do.
We acknowledge that there have been some teething issues and mistakes along the way, and we are grateful for the grace and patience you have shown us as we navigated new systems, new demands, and new environments associated with starting a new business. We have listened to the feedback received and have learned from these mistakes and continue to prioritise professional development across all spheres of our business, ensuring that we continue to grow and improve.
Our scheduling was particularly challenging at times this year, and our staff were often stretched to the absolute limits. Their loyalty and dedication have made a massive difference, and we could not have achieved what we have thus far without their respective contributions. It is never easy to step out of one’s comfort zone when making a career change and having to get to grips with a new culture and a new environment. For their patience and perseverance, we are truly grateful. To strengthen our capacity and support future workflows more efficiently, we are also expanding our team with a new audit team member starting in January 2026 and continuing the search for one more team member.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you, grow with you, and build something meaningful despite the difficulties. Every lesson learned this year has helped shape a stronger and more resilient practice.
We look forward to the year ahead with renewed determination and a commitment to delivering an even better experience. In the new year, we will be formalising and communicating partnerships with service providers to add to the basket of services we provide with the view to becoming a “one-stop” solution to all our clients needs. Such service offerings would include: outsourced accounting services, legal services, payroll services, financial planning and wealth management through the use of our longstanding clients and trusted advisors with whom we have dealt for some time. This is synonymous with our desire to support our clients who operate in these fields to grow their businesses also
