SARS issued auto-assessment notices from 1 to 12 Jul. Non-provisional taxpayers have until 23 Oct 2026 to file, and provisional taxpayers have until 22 Jan 2027.

For the first time, some provisional taxpayers are also being auto-assessed, so check any notice carefully before accepting it.

If an auto-assessment has landed in your inbox since 1 Jul, check it before you accept it. If you haven't had one, eFiling's been open for manual submissions since 13 Jul.
