OVERSEAS INCOME
People working overseas and qualify now for the non taxable income if they work for more than 183 days overseas will be taxable on all there income as from the 1 March 2019 as per the new proposals from Sars less taxes paid in the foreign country
At present the non taxable income will become taxable in South Africa as from 1 March 2019 because of the rule of that we are taxed on the residence based basis
The government is short of cash and are looking for more money to collect
