Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for SNG Grant Thornton.

We warmly welcome Agnes Dire as our Chief Executive Officer.

Agnes has been part of the fabric of our firm for nearly two decades, shaping this firm across leadership roles in audit, advisory and governance. She joined us as a trainee in 2007. Today, she leads us as Chief Executive. She brings deep experience, modern instincts and a genuine commitment to our people, our clients and our communities.

As we mark this moment, we also extend our sincere gratitude to Victor Sekese for his stewardship and contribution to building one of South Africa's most respected professional services firms. His legacy endures through the strength of the institution and the people who continue to carry it forward.

Vision 2030 is our path to becoming Africa's most trusted, digitally led professional services firm. Under Agnes's leadership, we will continue to focus on our people, our clients and the communities we serve, as we turn growth into shared progress.
