Please note that the 2024 company income tax return will only be available on eFiling from 13 September 2024. This delay is due to SARS updating the returns for the relevant legislative changes.

There are 2 constants in life.....change and taxes.....

Taxpayers can now interact with SARS via WhatsApp. You can now do the following via WhatApp:

1) request your Tax Reference Number;
2) request your Statement of Account;
3) request your Return Refund Status;
4) request your Audit Status; and
5) request your Notice of Assessment.

Starting from 01 July 2024, you cannot file your Annual Returns through any of the CIPC electronic platforms unless your Beneficial Ownership declarations have been submitted and are up to date. Stay informed and stay compliant with CIPC regulations.
