We would like to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone at Crisis on Call for the exceptional service and care you provided to our mother (MG du Preez).

Your team assisted us with transporting our mother from our home to the hospital on two separate occasions, and on both occasions, the paramedics were incredibly professional, efficient, and compassionate. They handled what was an extremely difficult and stressful situation for our family with such patience, kindness, and understanding. Their professionalism was outstanding, but it was their genuine compassion that meant the most to us during such a difficult time.
