💡 DID YOU KNOW?

A business can look profitable on paper…

…and still struggle to pay bills.

That’s because profit and cash flow are not the same.

If your money is tied up in:
• Late payments
• Stock
• Expenses

You can feel stuck — even when things seem fine.

Understanding your cash flow changes everything.

Here’s an important financial update:

The amount you can take offshore without prior approval has increased.

👉 From R1 million per year
👉 To R2 million per year

This falls under your single discretionary allowance.

If you’re planning to invest offshore or move funds internationally —
this is something to be aware of.

Just remember: there are still tax and compliance rules to follow.

If you’re unsure, it’s best to get proper advice 👍

If you have employees, here’s something important:

Your payroll must match what you submit to SARS.

In simple terms:
👉 What you paid your staff
👉 What you told SARS

Needs to match.

If it doesn’t, it can cause problems later.

Better to check now than fix it later 👍

Here’s something simple most businesses don’t do:

Follow up on unpaid invoices.

Not aggressively. Just consistently.

A quick message can be the difference between:
💰 Getting paid this week
⏳ Waiting another month

Small habit. Big impact.

💡 DID YOU KNOW?

As your business grows, your finances can actually feel more confusing — not less.

That’s when you might notice:
• You’re not sure what you’re actually making
• Things feel disorganised
• You’re guessing more than you’d like

Growth is a good thing — but without clarity, it gets messy fast.

That’s where the right accounting support makes all the difference 📊
