Currently, on a project to assist Alufer Group on the Reporting and ERP set-up and planning for the Guinea Based mining project. Involves some general readiness advice for the construction start and interface with EPCM.

Update on activities, after the project management of the Tharisa Sage X3 upgrade project, assisted Vanessa and Adele to get No Ordinary Corporation (their training and skills development company) founded, tax registered and statutory compliant. Also performed a basic finance training course for young entrepreneurs that Vanessa was running. Now starting the ongoing accounting and tax compliance services for NOC and Altitude SA.

attended the PWC mining trends breakfast today - no more stronger for longer. The theme now :
Slower, lower, weaker .... but not defeated.
SO still some tough times ahead in mining.

In the meantime I have been busy with ;
ERP Review, X3 Upgrade project and Business Processes at Tharisa Minerals.
Nellene Bathopele has provided many candidates into the Congo, Namibia and South Africa. HR, Ops Managers, Financial staff, Supply Chain, SHE and Metallurgists.
On the Reporting Services side - assisting a new training business with company and Trust formation, Tax and other registrations. Also looking into registration of Namibian Subsidiaries.
