📌 A copy of your South African Identity Document

📌 IRP5: This is your payslips for the year summarised into one document (request this from your employer

📌 Medical Aid Tax Certificate: This is a summary of your medical aid membership and list of all your medical expenses incurred during the year. (SARS may ask for copies of medical expense invoices or may request proof of payment.)

📌 IT3b/IT3c/IT3s: This is a summary of all the interest, dividends and capital gains through your investments.

📌 Retirement Annuity/Pension Fund Certificate: Your contribution certificate for the year.

📌 PBO Donation Certificate: A summary of the charitable amounts you donated during the
tax year.
