Moet nie deel wees van 70 % van mense in Suid-Afrika wat nie n geldige Testament het nie.

Die belangrikheid daarvan om genoeg geld in jou boedel te hê in die ongelukkige geval van jou afsterwe:
1. Om genoeg geld in jou boedel te hê, sal verseker dat al jou laste, administrasie-uitgawes en belasting vereffen word.
2. Daar sal nie van jou eksekuteur verwag word om enige van jou bates te verkoop om enige van die bogenoemde koste of uitgawes te betaal nie.
3. Daar sal nie van jou gesin verwag word om enige van die bogenoemde koste of uitgawes uit hul sak te betaal nie.
